Mr. Woordford recently joined Hunt Capital Partners, bringing significant experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry and a track record of building relationships with affordable housing developers across multiple markets. Prior to joining Hunt, Stacy served as Director of Originations at one of the leading national LIHTC syndicators, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and evaluating LIHTC investment opportunities. Throughout his career in affordable housing, Stacy has worked closely with developers, investors, lenders, and other industry partners to evaluate complex transactions and identify financing solutions that advance the development and preservation of affordable housing.
