Sara Erickson
Director, Project Management
Ms. Erickson joined Hunt Capital Partners project management in December 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and finance. In her role as director, she oversees projects post-closing through conversion and works closely with HCP's development partners and investors during the construction, lease up, and stabilization phases. Ms. Erickson started her career in commercial real estate private equity and development before transitioning into affordable housing and tax credit syndication. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Ms. Erickson was a senior underwriter at a nationally recognized non-profit tax credit syndication firm. Ms. Erickson also held several director roles at nonprofit affordable housing development firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. Ms. Erickson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies, specializing in Latin America, from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
