Mr. Trane is the Managing Director of Capital Transactions and leads the Capital Transactions team. Mr. Trane has a variety of acquisition, disposition, distressed property restructuring, and conflict resolution experience. He has structured $2Bn+ of transactions on thousands of units ranging from fee-simple to multi-party interest sales at various levels in the ownership chain. Prior to focusing on affordable housing, Mr. Trane worked in the financial services sector valuing distressed debt, structured products (including CMBS and RMBS), and private equity positions. Mr. Trane holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. He was formerly a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
