Mr. Teschke has nine years of affordable multifamily housing finance experience with a focus on structuring, underwriting and closing tax credit equity transactions. As Managing Director, Mr. Teschke oversees a team of project managers who work with developers, lenders, legal counsel, government agency stakeholders and investors to lead multifamily LIHTC projects through underwriting, partnership closing, syndication, construction, lease-up and stabilization. Mr. Teschke received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated magna cum laude with concentrations in finance and psychology.
