Mr. Wycoff has over 12 years of experience in multifamily and affordable housing. As a Project Manager, he collaborates with developers, lenders, legal counsel, investors, and other stakeholders to lead transactions through underwriting, closing, construction, lease-up and stabilization. Mr. Wycoff joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2022. Prior to joining the company, he was head of underwriting at a top multifamily investment advisor that he was an integral member of the start-up and led the underwriting team for 7 years through significant growth. Prior to that he worked in commercial appraisal. Mr. Wycoff received a Bachelor of Arts in business administration / finance with honors from the California State University, Fullerton.
