John-Paul (JP) Vachon joined Hunt Capital Partners in September 2025 as Director, Acquisitions. In his role, he focuses on building developer relationships with a focus on the Northeast and Midwest regions to identify and secure investments in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnerships.
Mr. Vachon has over 15 years of real estate experience, including 11 years of underwriting and originating in affordable housing development. JP has previously held positioning at Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC), KeyBank Real Estate Capital, and Stratford Capital Groups.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in finance from Babson College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University.
