Mr. Gronemeyer has specialized in multifamily affordable housing for over 15 years, with a focus on underwriting, market analysis and property operations as well as portfolio and single asset due diligence. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gronemeyer was the Director of Business Analysis for a Boston based non-profit LIHTC developer. Prior to that position, Mr. Gronemeyer was a Vice President within the investment valuation group of a Boston based LIHTC syndicator. Mr. Gronemeyer received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Mr. Gronemeyer is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker and a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
