Equity for the project was provided by Hunt Capital Partners while construction and permanent financing was provided by Citibank USA. Additional funding was provided through the Hawaii Housing Finance Development Corp.’s tax-exempt bonds and tax credit program, and the County of Maui’s HOME loan and Housing Trust Funds.
