Ms. Khodabandelu joined Hunt Capital Partners in December 2024 and serves as Director for the Project Management team. She brings with her over 15 years of housing development experience, both nationally and internationally, including 10 years in affordable housing finance. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, she was a Senior Underwriter at a nationally recognized nonprofit syndicator firm for the acquisitions team, and a Senior Affordable Housing Finance Consultant for a nonprofit syndication consulting firm.
Ms. Khodabandelu received a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from University of California, Irvine.
