Mr. Arko has specialized in affordable housing for over six years. He joined Hunt Capital Partners in June 2018 and has previously held roles within the Company’s Asset Management and Funds Management departments. As an Associate, Mr. Arko focuses on market analysis, financial feasibility, property operations and due diligence. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 2017.
