Ms. Babayan has specialized in multifamily affordable housing for the past two years. Ms. Babayan joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2022 as part of the Financial Analyst group and transitioned to Asset Management in 2023. As an Asset Manager, Ms. Babayan oversees a portfolio of stabilized tax credit projects, managing them from the stabilization phase until disposition. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Ms. Babayan gained experience in company accounting and banking. Ms. Babayan received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.
