Ms. Engles has specialized in affordable housing for over 30 years. She is responsible for producing investor reports and evaluating fund performance. Prior to Hunt Capital Partners, Ms. Engles held various positions during her 23 years with a nationally recognized non-profit tax credit syndicator. Her career in affordable housing began at Reznick, Fedder & Silverman (now known as CohnReznick). She has also spent several years with a regional affordable housing developer in Maryland. Ms. Engles received a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Baltimore and a master’s in real estate from John Hopkins University.
