Phuong Christian joined Hunt Capital Partners in April 2024 and supports the Project Management and Underwriting team. Ms. Christian began her career in administrative services for private and public entities in 2000. In 2011, she began work at a nationally recognized non-profit tax credit syndication firm, where she coordinated administrative services in capital markets, syndication, and asset management. Her responsibilities evolved until she assumed a leadership role in developing business practices, policies, and procedures related to operating partnership due diligence review and collection. In her previous roles, she managed a team of acquisitions associates and collaborated with internal and external partners toward the successful completion of project closings. Ms. Christian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Westminster University.
