Mr. Alamilla has over 22 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. As Director of Portfolio Analyss and Asset Management, he leads the financial oversight and strategic analysis of HCP's portfolio, ensuring rental performance, regulatory compliance, and optimized cash flow. Mr. Alamilla joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2017 and has previously held positions within the Company's Funds Management team. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Alamilla held leadership roles for various real estate investment firms including an award-winning nonprofit affordable housing developer and a major utility provider. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in banking and corporate finance from California State University, Fullerton as well as an MBA with a specialization in corporate finance from Brandman University.
