Leah Finley joined Hunt Capital Partners in March 2025 and works in the Property Holdings team. Her expertise spans both private ownership and third-party management, where she’s led successful lease-ups and navigated the complexities of conventional and affordable housing. Ms. Finley attended the University of Phoenix and holds designations from the National Apartment Association’s CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor), as well as the HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) certification from the National Association of Home Builders.
