Mr. Galvan has over 5 years of experience in affordable multifamily development with a focus on project management. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, he was a Project Manager for an affordable housing developer where he oversaw the construction completion of over 140 units of LIHTC affordable units and managed another 260 units that were in the pipeline. This involved managing the entirety of the development process which included everything from acquisition closings, LIHTC funding applications and construction closings. Mr. Galvan received his master’s in urban planning with a concentration in economic development and a graduate certificate in real estate development at the University of Southern California. Prior to that, he also received a Bachelor of Arts in history of public policy at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
