Mr. Anderson specializes in underwriting multi-family developments financed by the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with a focus on market analysis, property operations and due diligence, and key organization qualifications. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Anderson was Assistant Vice President of Underwriting with an East Coast-based syndicator, where he completed primary research in evaluating LIHTC investments as well as reviewing third-party market studies and investment summaries. Mr. Anderson began his career as a real estate appraiser where he earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
