Ms. Guerra has specialized in affordable housing for over 30 years. She is responsible for investor reporting, performance evaluation, and asset management in Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Prior to Hunt Capital Partners, she held various roles for real estate developers and property management organizations. She also owned and operated a property management firm where she founded three non-profits specializing in supportive services for at-risk youth, seniors, and single-parent households. Ms. Guerra received her Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance and Master of Business Administration in Management from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas Texas. She also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Certified National Compliance Professional (NCP) designation, and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation.
