Mr. Phillips has specialized in multifamily affordable housing finance for the past six years. Mr. Phillips joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2013 and worked in the Funds Management and Investor Reporting groups prior to joining Asset Management at the end of 2018. As an Asset Manager, Mr. Phillips is responsible for a portfolio of stabilized tax credit projects from stabilization through disposition. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Phillips worked in the investment management and banking industries. Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University where he graduated cum laude.
