Mr. Gephart joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2018 and has previously held positions within the Company’s Investor Reporting & Asset Management and Funds Management teams. As a Project Manager, he is able to leverage his financial modeling experience to achieve optimal outcomes for developer and investor partners. He received a bachelor’s in business administration from Cleveland State University where he graduated summa cum laude with a concentration in finance.
