Mr. Durham has over 10 years of experience in property operations and asset management. He joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2023 and is responsible for a portfolio of stabilized tax credit projects, managing them from stabilization through disposition, with the goal of maximizing performance and profitability. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Durham served as Director of Client Relations for a large single-family residential development and management company where he operated as Asset Manager for external clients. Mr. Durham received his bachelor’s degree from The Baptist University of Florida.
