Mr. McDermott has specialized in affordable multifamily housing since 2015. He began his real estate track as an analyst at a large LIHTC lender/syndicator and subsequently garnered additional LIHTC experience supporting a team of asset managers overseeing a large, geographically diverse portfolio of affordable multifamily properties. The core of Mr. McDermott’s skill set is rooted in real estate modeling, legal document review and research, valuations, and property acquisitions/dispositions. Mr. McDermott holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
