Mr. Gonda has over 3 years of multifamily finance experience and over 6 years of financial modeling, due diligence management, and financial forecasting experience. As a Project Manager, he works in partnership with developers, lenders, legal counsel, investors, and other stakeholders to lead transactions through underwriting, closing, construction, lease-up and stabilization. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Gonda worked at multiple boutique investment banks focusing on the software / IT sector and multifamily investments, where he lead the Investment Analysis team for over 3 years as a Senior Investment Analyst. Mr. Gonda earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of California, San Diego.
