Mr. Fussell has specialized in affordable housing since 2001. Mr. Fussell has extensive experience in risk management and organizational development within the real estate service industry, including finance, development, design, and construction; primary management focus is on the development/construction process of multifamily housing, commercial and industrial markets. Responsible for managing a national LIHTC multifamily housing portfolio during construction, lease-up, and workout of distressed assets. Mr. Fussell is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of West Florida. Previous experience includes asset manager assignments with Morrison Grove CS Management, LLC and Column Capital, LLC/Credit Suisse.
