Nick Nazaryan
Assistant Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Nazaryan has specialized in multifamily affordable housing for the past four years. Mr. Nazaryan joined Hunt Capital Partners in 2019 and worked in the Financial Analyst and Investor Reporting groups prior to joining Asset Management in 2023. As an Asset Manager, he is responsible for a portfolio of stabilized tax credit projects from stabilization through disposition. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, he worked in the field of business incentives and tax credits. Mr. Nazaryan received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.
