Emily Martin

Ms. Martin has 20 years of experience with low income housing tax credit lending, investing and portfolio management. Prior to joining HCP, Ms. Martin worked for financial institutions where she was responsible for investing over $200MM in investments annually. Ms. Martin recently joined HCP as part of the Investor Relations team working on the firm’s multi-investor and single-investor syndication platforms. She will be responsible for working with investors, attorneys, accountants and other third-party consultants in structuring tax credit investments, mitigating risk, and monitoring the performance of individual properties and HCP’s syndicated funds. Ms. Martin received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and with High Honors and Distinction in General Scholarship.
