Mr. Mayo is the Executive Managing Director of Hunt Capital Partners.  Mr. Mayo has specialized in affordable multifamily housing finance for over 20 years, focusing on structuring tax credit equity and debt transactions. Mr. Mayo’s considerable experience also includes developing credit and debt structures for tax-exempt and taxable financed tax credit properties, coordinating and monitoring activities relating to the tax-exempt financing process, and underwriting, structuring and insuring multifamily securitizations. He is responsible for all tax credit origination and project management activities of the company and is a member of the Credit Committee and executive management. Mr. Mayo received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Math from Skidmore College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Denver University.

Mr. Crowder has specialized in affordable multifamily finance for over 7 years, focusing on structuring and underwriting tax credit equity and debt transactions. Mr. Crowder leads and directs affordable multifamily projects through acquisition, construction, lease-up and stabilization. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Mr. Crowder was an Analyst and Underwriter with Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2010 to November 2011.  While at Bank of America, Mr. Crowder was responsible for underwriting and structuring a variety of credit facilities, primarily including taxable and tax-exempt loans for affordable multifamily transactions.  Mr. Crowder received his BS in Finance – Real Estate from Indiana University.

Mr. Teschke has 5 years of affordable multifamily housing finance experience with a focus on structuring tax credit equity and debt transactions. As a project manager, Mr. Teschke leads multifamily LIHTC projects through underwriting, partnership closing, construction, lease-up and stabilization. Since 2014, Mr. Teschke has primarily focused on working with public housing authorities and their private developer partners to rehabilitate and redevelop public housing communities through HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) conversion program. Mr. Teschke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Psychology.

Ms. Ghebremichael has over 13 years of experience in affordable housing.  Prior to joining Hunt, Ms. Ghebremichael worked for a nationally recognized tax credit syndication firm on both the Acquisition and the Investor Relations side.  As a project manager at Hunt, Ms. Ghebremichael is responsible for identifying, quantifying and mitigating the risks associated with tax credit equity transactions and managing projects through closing, construction, lease-up and stabilization.  Additionally, Ms. Ghebremichael is responsible for managing the company’s warehouse lines.  Ms. Ghebremichael received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and is based in Los Angeles, CA.
